1. Agreement

By using Daman Sales Management, published by Daman Software, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the software.

2. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Daman on the computers your licence covers, for your own business. You may not resell, rent or redistribute the software, nor attempt to bypass or disable its licensing.

3. Your data, and your responsibility for it

Your business records are yours. Daman writes a daily local backup automatically and offers Google Drive backup as a paid add-on — but it remains your responsibility to make sure you have working, restorable backups.

4. Paid add-ons and subscriptions

Add-ons and hosted stores are billed as agreed at the time of purchase. Non-payment may suspend paid features or stop a hosted store.

5. Availability

Core features work without internet. Licence activation, updates, Google Drive backup and hosted stores depend on networks and on third-party services, and may be unavailable at times.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Daman for any unlawful purpose, nor use it to damage or interfere with our servers or with other customers' hosted stores.

7. No warranty

The software is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Accounting and tax figures the software produces are tools, not professional advice — checking your own books and complying with tax rules remains your responsibility.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. In any case our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the software at any time. We may suspend or end a licence for breach of these terms or for non-payment. On termination, your local data stays on your computer unchanged.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last revision, and continuing to use the software after an update means you accept it.
