«ضمان» هو برنامج نقاط بيع وإدارة أعمال لسطح المكتب، تصدره ضمان سوفت (damansoft.com). توضح هذه الصفحة ما يحدث لبياناتك عند استخدام البرنامج.
أين تُحفظ بيانات متجرك
«ضمان» برنامج يعمل أساساً دون إنترنت. المبيعات والمنتجات والعملاء والموردون والقيود المحاسبية تُحفظ كلها في ملف قاعدة بيانات واحد على جهازك أنت. لا نحصل على نسخة منه، ولا نستطيع الوصول إليه.
ما الذي يخرج من جهازك
- تفعيل الترخيص والتسجيل التجريبي: يُرسل مفتاح الترخيص، ومعرِّف الجهاز، واسم المتجر الذي أدخلته، إلى خادم التراخيص لدينا لإصدار الترخيص والتحقق منه.
- التحقق من التحديثات: يسأل البرنامج خادم التنزيل لدينا عن أحدث إصدار متاح. طلب ويب عادي لا يحمل أي بيانات من متجرك.
- النسخ الاحتياطي إلى Google Drive: خدمة إضافية اختيارية، موضحة أدناه.
- المتاجر المستضافة عبر الإنترنت: إذا اخترت تشغيل «ضمان» كمتجر مستضاف بدلاً من تثبيته على جهازك، فإن قاعدة بياناتك تُحفظ على خادم نُشغّله بالنيابة عنك.
النسخ الاحتياطي إلى Google Drive (خدمة اختيارية)
- لا يعمل إلا إذا شغّلته أنت ووافقت بتسجيل الدخول بحساب Google الخاص بك.
- الصلاحية المطلوبة هي drive.file فقط ولا شيء غيرها. هذه الصلاحية تسمح للبرنامج بإنشاء وإدارة الملفات التي ينشئها هو بنفسه فقط. لا تمنحه القدرة على قراءة أو عرض أو تعديل أي ملف آخر في Google Drive الخاص بك.
- ما يُرفَع: النسخة الاحتياطية اليومية نفسها التي يكتبها البرنامج محلياً على جهازك. تُرفَع إلى مجلد باسم «Daman Backups» داخل Google Drive الخاص بك، وتُحتسب على مساحتك التخزينية. لا تمر هذه النسخة بخوادم «ضمان» في أي مرحلة.
- ما يُحفظ على جهازك: رمز تحديث (refresh token) من Google ليعمل النسخ الاحتياطي دون مطالبتك بتسجيل الدخول كل يوم. يُخزَّن مشفّراً بخوارزمية AES-256-GCM بمفتاح موجود على جهازك وحده، ولا يخرج منه أبداً.
- كيف توقفه: اضغط «قطع الاتصال» في إعدادات «ضمان». يطلب البرنامج من Google إبطال الرمز ويحذف مفتاح التشفير المحلي. يمكنك أيضاً سحب الصلاحية في أي وقت من myaccount.google.com/permissions. النسخ الموجودة في Drive تبقى لك، تحفظها أو تحذفها كما تشاء.
الاستخدام المحدود: يلتزم «ضمان» في استخدامه للمعلومات الواردة من واجهات Google بسياسة بيانات مستخدمي خدمات Google API، بما في ذلك شروط الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use). لا ننقل هذه المعلومات إلى أي طرف آخر، ولا نستخدمها في الإعلانات، ولا يقرأها أي شخص لدينا.
ما لا نفعله
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا نشاركها مع أطراف أخرى — إلا بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة (الاستضافة ومعالجة الدفع)، أو عندما يلزمنا القانون بذلك.
مدة الحفظ
تُحفظ سجلات التراخيص طوال فترة سريان ترخيصك وللمدة اللازمة للفوترة والدعم. النسخ الاحتياطية في Google Drive تحت سيطرتك وحدك. قواعد بيانات المتاجر المستضافة تُحذف عند إزالة المتجر.
الأطفال

Who we are
Daman is desktop point-of-sale and business-management software published by Daman Software (damansoft.com). This page explains what happens to your data when you use it.
Where your business data lives
Daman is offline-first. Your sales, products, clients, suppliers and accounting records are all stored in a single database file on your own computer. We do not receive a copy of it and cannot reach it.
What leaves your computer
- Licence activation and trial registration: your licence key, an identifier for the computer, and the shop name you entered are sent to our licensing server so a licence can be issued and validated.
- Update checks: the app asks our download server which version is current. This is an ordinary web request and carries no business data.
- Google Drive backup: an optional add-on, described below.
- Hosted online stores: if you choose to run Daman as a hosted store instead of installing it, your database is stored on a server we operate on your behalf.
Google Drive backup (optional add-on)
- It only runs if you switch it on and consent by signing in with your own Google account.
- The only scope requested is drive.file. That scope lets Daman create and manage only the files it creates itself. It does not give Daman the ability to read, list or modify any other file in your Google Drive.
- What is uploaded: the same daily backup of your Daman database that the app already writes locally. It goes into a folder named "Daman Backups" inside your own Google Drive, against your own storage quota. It does not pass through Daman's servers at any point.
- What is stored on your computer: a Google refresh token, so backups can run without asking you to sign in every day. It is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM under a key held only on your computer, and that key never leaves it.
- Turning it off: press Disconnect in Daman's Settings. Daman asks Google to revoke the token and deletes the local encryption key. You can also revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Backups already in your Drive remain yours to keep or delete.
Limited Use: Daman's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer that information to anyone else, do not use it for advertising, and no person at Daman reads it.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties — except as needed to run the service (hosting and payment processing), or where the law requires it.
Retention
Licence records are kept while your licence is active and for as long as needed for billing and support. Backups in your Google Drive are under your control alone. Hosted-store databases are deleted when the store is removed.
Children
Daman is business software and is not directed at children.
